The Alberta Fish and Game Association is Alberta’s oldest and largest conservation organization—Our roots can be traced back to 1908!

The AFGA is supported by 70+ clubs, and their members, throughout Alberta, who are advocates for the common interests of ethical hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Direct Membership

This membership is for those who wish to support the mission of the AFGA, yet do not wish to be involved directly in a club,  or have access to club gun and / or archery ranges. 

Direct Memberships are available for:

  • Individuals (18 years and over) – $60.00 per year
  • Family (includes one partner, and dependents under the age of 18 years, living in the same household) – $75.00 per year
  • Youth (under the age of 18 years) – $30.00 per year

Club Membership

Club members belong to more than 70+ affiliated clubs. For a list of clubs in your area, CLICK HERE. Many club members enjoy the information exchanged at meetings, the habitat and environmental projects that clubs are involved with, and the family programs. Prices vary depending on what a club offers, and may include gun and/or archery range privileges. Contact the individual club to purchase or renew your membership or for further information.
